BoostFund provides business funding solutions to qualified applicants. Our services include but are not limited to: merchant cash advances, business lines of credit, and short-term business loans.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for our services, you must:

- Own or operate a business in the United States
- Have been in business for a minimum period as required
- Meet our minimum revenue requirements
4. Application Process
By submitting an application, you authorize BoostFund to verify the information provided and to conduct credit checks as necessary. You certify that all information provided is accurate and complete.
5. Repayment Terms
If approved for funding, you agree to repay the amount plus any applicable fees according to the terms outlined in your funding agreement. Failure to repay may result in additional fees and collection actions.
6. Limitation of Liability
BoostFund shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
